The Reef 28 Hotel & Spa (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

I loved beautiful rooms and location. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

We had a double room, hotel was clean, check-in was good. The location was favourable, very close to Playacar.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. In general the staff were amicable and top-class. Central location very close to The Reef 28 and night clubs and the Mexican Cuisine restaurant, it was in a downtown area. Again, Quinta Avenida was within easy reach.

It was impeccably clean, and I loved perfect rooms and location. The room was huge with a king bed, had wake-up service, that's cool.

Had a relaxing stay in a long time, and will come back. Particularly nice view, good bar - everything was perfect...

I stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. It had central location close to Playacar. Took a walk around city centre, located at a medium distance from the hotel. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Buffet breakfast with sufficient choice and all the food was great.

Spacious hotel with awesome location so close to all the shops as well as the centre. Fabulous and best employees.

Amazing stay, as always. The room was luxurious and I liked the pool, it was very clean. Found in a peaceful part of the town. Hotel good customer service.

The hotel was hip new, reasonably clean offered tasty breakfasts and had an unbeatable location close to everything. I loved the room, the bed was great.

The service was excellent, even so some people working there were very slow.

The rooms were fashionable with balcony as well as twin queen beds, the breakfast was savoury.

Reasonably clean place, staff was ACCOMMODATING. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. I needed 15 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. Roof top bar with bottled drinks.

Cool hotel, the staff was willing to help. Our double room was gorgeous and fabulous. Service was spectacular as we had expected. Unbelievable location, walking distance from Tierra Huichol Aboriginal Art Gallery. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was awesome.

It made our trip to Playa del Carmen a pleasant experience. Loved almost every detail, including staff and rooms, they were good. The room was stylish with one bed.

Gorgeous location, efficient service, overall exceptionally clean place. A decent staff. There is a plenty of facilities in the room such as : free wireless internet and coffee.

With the help of the phenomenal staff, we had a restful stay. We liked hotel's airy lobby. The sandy beach was located adjacent to the property. Generally everything was great, even so the bathroom was very tiny. The breakfast was gorgeous, had lots of options and the food was yummy.

Great value for money and a fun experience. There was a continental breakfast with AMAZING food. There were complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee in the room, liked that. Adjacent to a natural beach.

We loved the service and location. We got room with beautiful decor and a large bathroom to relax. Centro district wo n't disappoint you. It was also near basically everything.

It was a wonderful experience overall. Truly wonderful location, big size property, comfy beds. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room was ready. The service in the property was impeccable too. Not to mention stable wifi! Adults-only hotel in a beautiful area of Playa del Carmen...
